PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ‼️‼️ RESTRICTIONS FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS If you qualify for any of the following below, you cannot book any permanent makeup service; -Pregnant or nursing -Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure (Dis note needed) -On blood thinners -Keloid skin -Diabetic -Chemotherapy (must be cleared by doctor and completely finished) -Viral infections -STDs -Epilepsy -Sick -Major heart problems -Rashes, eczema, sunburn, or acne in the eyebrows -Accutane in the past year BEFORE Your Permanent Makeup Appointment -Absolutely NO Alcohol (Wine or Hard Liquor), Caffeine (Energy Drinks, Sodas, Tea that is caffeinated), Prescription Medication, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, Benadryl, ETC should be consumed a WEEK before your appointment to rid your system. These are all blood thinners and cause bleeding during your service. Bleeding pushes the pigment and the numbing cream out of the skin, causing the brows to look patchy and the numbing cream doesn't take, making your service more uncomfortable. If you have had any of the following listed and you come to your service, you WILL be rescheduled. -Waxing should be done at least 1 WEEK before your service. -No Retin-A a month before appointment. -Laser hair removal should be done 3 weeks before your appointment. -Chemical peels/Facials at least 3 weeks before your service.

Cancellation Policy

Payments Deposits are NON-refundable from the time of booking. Deposits can be made via website & remaining balance can be paid in Cash, Credit/Debit Card, ApplePay or Zelle (803-280-5898). Rescheduling I understanding things happen & you may need to reschedule. Please notify me no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule. There is no last minute rescheduling fee if notified at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment. ​ Last Minute Reschedules If you need to reschedule your appointment at the last minute (less than 48 hours prior to your appointment) there is a $20 last minute rescheduling fee. This fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment balance. Late Fee Policy I understand somethings can cause you to be late such as traffic, weather & etc. Please let me know via text message or call on your ETA upon arrival. A $15 late fee will be added AFTER 10 minutes past your appointment time. Appointments may be cancelled if you are 15 or more minutes late.
